A 32-year-old man was arrested, following an investigation and the use of information by police officers of the Investigations Department of the Attica Security Directorate, yesterday (9/1) at noon in the area of Kypseli, against whom an arrest warrant was pending for attempted murder and three court decisions, according to which he was sentenced to a total of 8 years in prison for attempted robbery, carrying a weapon, using a weapon and theft.
In particular, regarding the arrest warrant for attempted murder, according to ELAS, in September 2018, in the center of Athens, the 32 years old, while on a bus, attacked with homicidal intent by using a sharp object a fellow passenger, resulting in his serious injury, it was emphasized in APE BEPE.
The arrested person was taken to the competent prosecutor.
