Expanding the application of electronic clientele
In banquets and all kinds of social events, such as corporate parties or baptisms, the “big brother” of the tax office will focus on the summer, and gradually and by the end of the year more in the “target”, more branches, such as gymnasiums, gymnasiums, centers, centers, centers, centers.
This is the “digital eye” or a digital clientele from AADE, which was activated since last Monday in workshops, car rental companies, parking, vehicle washing machines and vulcanizer. It concerns the monitoring of the customer movement of professionals and businesses, with the new system allowing the transactions to be crossed with proof data on Mydata, identifying cases of tax evasion and tax evasion.
The digital clientele is the evolution of the customer book, which was previously maintained by many professional groups. These, according to tax executives, required many audit verifications to disclose a possible tax evasion. Whereas, with the modern version, checks and intersections become a “simple affair”, without even the first stage visiting auditors at the business headquarters.
Now, the recording process will be automated. With the entry of a vehicle to the businesses where the digital clientele is already implemented, the professional will scan his signboard through the application, and during the exit he will have to scan the proof of the transaction. Thus, AADE will be able to compare the number of vehicles with the receipts issued, activating on -the -spot checks in the event of deviations.
In full operation, with the new system when a vehicle enters or exits a workshop, parking lot, washing machine or rental company, the professional will scan the vehicle sign with its mobile phone and automatically the registration number will be recorded in the digital clientele in the Mydataapp application. At the exit of the vehicle, the professional should scan the receipt or invoice issued and the clientele will be informed. This will complete the process and close the transaction.
According to AADE, the digital clientele offers professional automation in their customers’ management and compliance with tax requirements through a series of advanced functions. Like the registration of new customers, updating and modifying existing registrations, canceling customers without the need for manual documents, and the association of registrations with evidence and documents. So, the new system makes it easier for businesses to monitor their transactions digitally and reduce the possibility of errors, which may lead to heavy fines.
At the same time, it is worth noting that compulsory electronic pricing in transactions between businesses after the “green light” by the European Commission will begin. This is a measure that will be a “embankment” in cases of virtual transactions and theft and VAT fraud. With electronic pricing, it will not be possible to issue invoices unknowingly as the recipient, nor the likelihood of an invoice registration unknowingly appearing as a publisher.
Electronic invoices will also be confirmed by the recipients, and all transactions will automatically be made with information from the banks, to confirm whether the payments of the issued invoices have indeed have been made. The beginning will be with the big businesses and the smaller ones will follow. All, according to AADE, will have, among other things, benefits with faster tax refunds, limitation of tax cases in three years and over -the -top technological equipment.
