“Did lulu bother you? It does not matter! You called me! You invited a person, who has a special way of expression” he answered the reaction of the presenters
The mayor of Volos, Achilleas Beos, launched an attack on George Tsalikis, speaking on the “Weekenders” show of ANT1 after the uproar caused by the incident in Volos, where he said he would slap the sound engineers for the bad sound during a concert by Konstantinos Argyros.
There had been some stories posted on Instagram by Giorgos Tsalikis, reacting to the presence of Katerina Kainourgiou at the event, commenting on the hypocrisy shown by the presenter, in his opinion, at the same time criticizing him and his choice to sing the “Forbidden”, which contained obscene language, the presence of young children at a different Christmas event. The mayor of Volos, speaking about the incident at the Constantinos Argyrou concert, made an indecent reference to George Tsalikis, with the presenters of the show immediately asking him to retract.
“I have a gift and at the same time a curse. I am a person who calls things by their name, I express myself and speak freely, I do not pretend, I speak the truth, which is what today’s society needs. What should I do? Shall I pretend?’ said Achilles Beos first, and went on to say: ‘I am he! Who will judge me? Tsalikis or Lulu? Let’s not go crazy now.” The presenters of the show immediately called on him to retract the phrase he said and to continue speaking without characterizing it. “Did lulu bother you? It does not matter! You called me! You invited a person who has a special way of expressing himself”, he added.
