OR artificial intelligence it enters our lives for good and evolves at space-time rates. So fast, that we reached point h Appleto present the first iPhone which is not designed for human, but for AI.
Apple presents the new operating system iOS 18which is addressed to artificial intelligence. To be more precise, it is one “living machine”which will constantly evolve and be refined, essentially paving the way for the new era. A journey into uncharted waters, an era that will overturn everything we know so far.
What will be the general features of iOS 18:
- Siri gets smarter: With Apple Intelligence, Siri will be able to answer questions using information from multiple apps. For example, it could prepare you for an upcoming meeting by telling you the time and location from your calendar, summarizing the preparation document your colleague sent in an email, and telling you the weather so you know how to dress. “You’ll be able to just say, ‘Send Erica the pictures from Saturday’s barbecue,’ and Siri will dig up the pictures and send them right over,” said Craig Federighi, Apple’s SVP of software engineering.
- Writing tools: They use artificial intelligence to help compose emails and texts.
- AI generated emojis: Apple Intelligence will enable users to create their own text-prompted emoji in iMessage, as well as create non-photorealistic images to send in chats.
- Collaboration with OpenAI: In cases where OpenAI’s technology is best suited to answer a user question, Apple will allow users to choose to search ChatGPT. The integration will work directly from their Apple device, even if a user does not have a ChatGPT account.
- Hidden apps: New iPhone privacy updates will allow users to “lock” certain apps so that only they can open them using Face ID, Touch ID, or their passcode. Users can also hide apps so they don’t appear on their home screen and no media from those apps appears elsewhere on their system.
- Real-time call transcripts: iPhone users will now be able to record and create call transcripts directly from the phone app. All parties to the call will be notified during the recording.
