The relevant legislation is immediately promoted for voting in Parliament
Are exempt from the obligation to pay a single property tax – ENFIA and for the year 2025, the property owners, which are located in the areas:
A) The Regional Units of Larissa, Trikala and Karditsa of the Region of Thessaly, the Regional Unit of Pieria of the Region of Central Macedonia, the Regional Units of Grevena and Kozani of the Region The DAEFK-KKE/6350/A325/11.3.2021 (B 964) and DAEFK-KKE/9028/A325/17.5.2021 (B 2094) Common Ministerial Decisions, which have been designated a) Dangerous or inappropriate or inappropriate or inappropriate or inappropriate or inappropriate or inappropriate).
(B) the administrative boundaries of the Mantoudi – Lake – Agia ‘Anna and Istiaia – Edipsos of the Evia Regional Unity of the Region of Central Greece, affected by the fires that occurred on July 27, 2021, with amendment of Article 35 of Law 5135/147.
(C) Within the settlement of Anargyroi of the Municipality of Amyntaio of the Florina Regional Unit of the Region of Western Macedonia, which has been declared forced expropriation with the RIS/DMVO/19831/338/15.4.2019 Joint Decision of the Ministers of Interior and Economy and Energy.
D) The Community of Peponia, Polylakkos Community, Axiokastro settlement and the settlement of Klima of the Community of Axiokastro, the settlement of Trebizits and the settlement of Panaretis of the Trebizissa Community and Pyloros Community of the Municipality of Vojos of the Regional Unit of Kozani, (D ‘1075).
(E) The Kalamitsi City, the settlement of Kalochio and the settlement of Mesolakkos of the Grevena Regional Unit of the Region of Western Macedonia, under no. 9439/3335/6.4.2000 of the transfer of these communities and settlements (D ‘238).
The above exemptions are included in legislation, which is promoted directly to the House.
