Instructions on how to fill out the application correctly
The process of submitting the applications of the successful candidates of the Panhellenic written competition of ASEPof the announcement 3GB/2023 for a total of 4,276 permanent staff positions and personnel with a Private Law Indefinite University Education employment relationship in the State.
Successful applicants must complete and submit an electronic Application of participation in ASEP, with the required supporting documents attached, exclusively through its website (www.asep.gr > Online Services > Application) following the instructions provided in the Announcement (Chapter B and Appendix F).
The deadline for submitting electronic applications and supporting documents for participation ends on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 14:00, following the route: Electronic Services → Application.
ASEP points out that:
A. To pay a Prepaid Code:
The electronic submission of the application to ASEP is completed when the candidates select “Finalization” and only when the twenty-digit (20-digit) code of the fee is in “PAID” status, in order for it to be reserved by ASEP (APPENDIX F – MARKINGS).
The attention of the candidates is drawn to the payment of the same payment code as the one they indicate in their online application until it is submitted.

B. To complete the application:
In order to complete the completion and finalization process as soon as possible, candidates are advised to consult the e-mail message dated 12/18/2023 and the sms dated 12/19/2023 sent by ASEP and in particular:
1. To have already worked out their order of preference codes of the positions they wish to declareso that they do not have to look for them in the announcement as they fill out the online application.
2. To follow the instructions of the user manual for the registration of qualifications and supporting documents in the ASEP Electronic Register.
Finally, for the smooth operation of the electronic application and supporting documents submission system, candidates are advised not to wait until the last day to submit their electronic Application as any internet overload or error connecting to it could lead to difficulty or inability to submit it. In addition, for the convenience of candidates, the number of visits per hour of the day to the ASEP Hub is presented in a graph (indicatively, the traffic for the months of November 2023 and 2022 is listed).
