“My House II” managed by the Hellenic Development Bank S.A. is implemented within the framework of the Loan Program of the Recovery and Resilience Fund with the financing of the European Union-NextGenerationEU.

The total budget of the “My Home II” program amounts to 2 billion euros, with a maximum loan amount of 190,000 euros, with zero interest for 50% of the capital of the loan financed by the Program.
The Program is aimed at individuals aged 25 to 50 who do not own another property suitable for residence, with an annual income of 10,000 euros, up to 20,000 euros for singles, 28,000 euros for married or cohabiting partners, with an additional 4,000 euros for each child and 31,000 euros for single-parent families, with an additional 5,000 euros for each child beyond the first.
