According to his lawyer “policemen kidnapped him outside his house, put a hood on him and took him to GADA, where they beat him severely”
The manager of a well-known trapper, who was among those brought in for the incidents in Rentis, where the police officer was seriously injured, made serious complaints against police officers through his lawyer.
As Mrs. Elisabeth Pouliou said on the “Truths with Zina” show, the manager was not at the scene of the incidents, but was inside the stadium. According to her, police officers appeared outside his house and kidnapped him. They put a hood on him, did not tell him their status and took him to GADA, on an unknown floor, where they removed the hood.
There, according to the manager’s lawyer, police officers beat him severely, however her client insisted and testified that he had nothing to do with the incidents and the policeman’s injury. She also claimed that the authorities targeted her client, as he had an earlier involvement in an episode of fan violence, a case for which the trial is pending.
The manager of the well-known trapper, as his lawyer finally said, went to the hospital, where his injuries from the beating were diagnosed and he is bedridden at home, in a bad psychological and physical condition.
“The adults gave him to save their tomari”
The mother of the 18-year-old, who has been arrested for injuring the police officer, also spoke on the show. “My child was neither delinquent, nor a hooligan, nor an organized fan,” he said. He also claimed that “the adults gave him to save their tomari and not go inside”.
He also denied that the 18-year-old’s clothes were washed that night when he returned home, with the mother stressing: “We are not criminals, we are ordinary people. Until we find out who did it, we ask that the 31-year-old policeman get well, that the Virgin Mary protects him, so that his mother does not suffer what I suffered 11 years ago.”
