This is an eight month invoice
As consumers continue to search for the right… color about which colored electricity tariff to choose from, information indicates that one of the largest providers is bringing a new cheaper proposal, which is however out of context.
As stated in an OPEN report on colored electricity tariffs, the provider brings a fifth and more flexible one, with a lower price which is “gaining” ground among consumers.
It is, according to the reportfor an eight-month invoice and its value will be “locked” to 12.3 minutes per kilowatt hour.
The four color categories
From 1-1-2024 they exist four invoice categories:
- The Stable invoice, with blue markings and fixed supply price (€/kWh) for the entire contract period.
- The special public invoice, with green marking, in which the supplier will announce the billing price by the first day of the month of application, i.e. consumers will know the price they will pay every 1st of the month.
- The rest fluctuating invoices, marked in yellowwhich include tariffs with a variable supply charge (€/kWh), where the price changes, according to the fluctuations of the wholesale electricity market.
- The dynamically invoices, with orange marking, including the invoices whose price changes, based on its prices wholesale purchase of electricity during the day. A condition for offering the specific tariffs is the existence of a smart meter.
