Payments appear in beneficiary accounts within 1-2 business days
Payable today, Wednesday, February 7, 2024, by Public Employment Service (DYPA) the one-off provision of 300 euros to an additional 10,290 long-term non-subsidized unemployedwho developed a Digital Individual Action Plan, as announced.
Payments appear in the accounts of the beneficiaries within 1-2 business days after they are paid.
In total, until now, the benefit has been paid to 96,990 beneficiaries.
The “bonus” was established by the “Jobs Again” law (law 4921/2022)with the aim of activating the long-term unemployed, through the creation of an updated Individual Digital Action Plan, based on which they can be directed to actions to develop their employability and find work.
It is recalled that beneficiaries of the new benefit are the long-term unemployed who:
- have completed continuous registered unemployment of more than five years and then draw up a Digital Individual Action Plan and
- have an income of up to 16,000 euros for singles, 24,000 euros for married people, plus 5,000 euros per child, or 29,000 euros for single-parent families, plus 5,000 euros for each child, after the first and, at the same time, the amount of the total gross income from business activity of the family does not exceed 80,000 euros.
The procedure for paying the benefit is as follows:
- Potential beneficiaries enter the platform with TaxisNet codes: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/anergia/ephapax-khrematike-parokhe-gia-anergous.
- They register or update their bank account details (IBAN) for the payment of the benefit, as well as their marital status.
- The DYPA checks the fulfillment of the requirements ex officio (unemployment period and Digital Individual Action Plan), as well as by cross-checking with the data of competent bodies (AADE and HDIKA).
- The payment is made automatically to the accounts of the beneficiaries.
It is pointed out that only those who are long-term unemployed for more than five years and draw up a Digital Individual Action Plan can enter the platform and register an IVAN.
Those unemployed who have already drawn up an Individual Action Plan should convert it into a Digital Individual Action Plan.
In particular, they enter the e-services of DYPA with TaxisNet codes and confirm or update the details of the Individual Action Plan, so that it turns into a Digital Individual Action Plan.
Those unemployed who have not already drawn up an Individual Action Plan should make an appointment with a job counselor at the Employment Promotion Center (KPA2) in their area either via video conference (MyDYPAlive) or in person.
