Squads of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Department have rushed to the scene
The police have been alerted since early this morning after an email sent to the service of the ELAS Headquarters warning of the placement explosive devices in central parts of Athens.
In particular, the email, which was written in English, stated that bombs would explode at the KAT hospital, at the Athens Court of Appeals on Loukareos Street, and at the Syntagma Metro.
Squads of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Department have rushed to the locations to carry out checks.
