The countdown to the unveiling of the new ENFIA account has begun, as within the weekend and at the latest Monday, March 10th, property owners will face the new “Ravasaki” and the tax they have to pay in up to 12 monthly installments.
The first installment of the tax should be paid by March 31, 2025 and last until February 27, 2026, while those who pay the tax are not entitled to any deduction. Taxpayers who find it difficult to pay the tax in 12 monthly and interest -free installments have the opportunity to integrate the debt to the fixed arrangement, which provides up to 24 installments, which are intense.
How will you find the clearing
Taxpayers who have downloaded the MyAadeApp app on their mobile phone will immediately receive a notice from AADE as soon as the new “ravish” is posted.
Property owners can find its clearance of ENFIA at the AADE digital gateway with the use of TAXIS codes following the following steps:
- You enter the Myaade homepage.
- Click on the “Applications” window.
- Click “Popular Applications”.
- Click on “E9/ENFIA Statement”.
- The page with ENFIA and E9 will open. Entrance is made with the TAXIS codes.
- You select the year 2025 and you see its ENFIA Clearance 2025.
What will the new clearances show
The new ENFIA clearances will be:
1. ‘Inflated’ for taxpayers who in 2024:
– acquired real estate by purchase or parental benefit or donation or inheritance.
– They have arbitrary spaces as ENFIA will be calculated on the larger surface of the real estate as stated by property owners in Form E9.
2. Lighter for taxpayers with homes worth up to 500,000 euros insured for natural disasters as the discount increased to 20%.
3. No changes to property owners who within 2024 had no change in their property.
4. Tax exemption will have property owners who are in affected by natural phenomena and destruction as well as those who have rights to historically preserved monuments or works of art and preserved buildings.
