“We’re artists, we don’t have to be so good at economics”
The actor and presenter of the game “Money Drop”, Fanis Mouratidis, spoke about the bad relationship he has with money, on the show “Happy Day”.
In fact, the actor revealed that he had initially attended a finance-related school: “I don’t have a good relationship with money at all. I’m not the kind of person who… I went to a school, which I never went to, which had to do with finances and luckily, because I had no talent for that stuff. Not everyone has the talent.” Also, Fanis Mouratidis stated that he is not a person of material goods and that if he spends money at some point, he prefers to do so in the context of going out with friends.
“We’re artists, we don’t have to be so good at economics. I believe that we need someone to put us in the economy more than we need to be the economy. I think I’ve never had a good relationship. I am proud of those who have built a house. Tell me the way too. It doesn’t even fascinate me. I waste on my children’s desires. I want to eat them with my friends, with loved ones, I like to eat them more with company. This pleases me very much. If I go somewhere and pay 10 euros and I don’t have a good time, I cry. If I go somewhere and lose 2,000 but have a good time, I don’t cry. I want to enjoy this thing, if I haven’t enjoyed it…” he described.
Finally, Fanis Mouratidis that neither his wife is financially inclined: “Anna (née Papacharalambous) is not good either. You don’t say it’s the lamp. If you want to be destroyed call us, we will destroy you.”
