According to ANT1, the 18-year-old man, who during a fight, fatally beat his 16-year-old brother with scissors in their house in Nea Smyrni, was given a deadline for Friday, December 29 at 10:00 in the morning to apologize to the investigator.
Until then, the confessed perpetrator is in custody. The two brothers started arguing over a shirt and the 16-year-old started running to his room during the fight. As the 18-year-old confessed, he chased him and with a pair of scissors he found in front of him, hit him once in the chest and he fell on the floor of the house covered in blood.
Their mother, who was at home, as well as the 18-year-old self-confessed perpetrator, lost their lives. The 16-year-old was quickly taken to the hospital, where he breathed his last. The mother and her 18-year-old son were taken to the Police Department for a statement. They were testifying until dawn, where they initially talked about an accident and that there was no involvement. But the 18-year-old later described what happened and was arrested.
