Answer of the presenter of ANT1 to the criticism of Achillea Beo by their former partner and his ex-wife
In an unprecedented outburst against his former partner Dimitris Ougarezou and his ex-wife and co-presenter Fais Skoordas, without naming them, Giorgos Liagas went ahead today on the air of the “Breakfast” show.
Earlier this morning, Dimitris Ougarezos on his radio show had talked about Giorgos Liagas and the matter that has been created with Achilleas Beo, emphasizing meaningfully that “who made Achilleas Beo curse Alcinoos Ioannidis?”. The presenter of ANT1 did not hold back and attacked Dimitris Ungarezos without naming him, using very harsh characterizations.

A few minutes later, Giorgos Liagas came back again and this time he lashed out at his ex-wife Fay Skordas, who said yesterday that “those who call Beo do it for the numbers”. “Such cannibalism on TV between us… Because I have been hearing many distinguished colleagues since yesterday, accusing some shows, of selecting topics for viewing, apparently! Obviously, we choose topics that concern the world. That means TV viewing. A topic that does not concern the world, we will not bring it up. All these others are the… Mother Teresas? Are they on a mission?
Obviously we want to do viewership numbers, are the rest doing missions on TV? Are we doing charity work here? Are we not getting paid? Don’t we owe it to the channel we work for to present a satisfactory rate that the channel owner can sell advertising and pay us? Camba, are you coming here? (s.s. he said addressing his colleagues). What stupidity is it that beats some people? And they say “others do it for ratings” while the rest don’t do it for numbers? And who says this? Those who don’t do numbers.
