“He came out himself and made it worse, making some excuses about male behavior…”
On the occasion of the discussion about Petros Filippidis, the possibility of his release from prison and the handling of the matter by the media, the George Liagas wanted to bring as an example the case of Pavlos Haikalis.
“Pavlos Haikalis was never convicted of anything, he didn’t even go to court, he didn’t do anything criminally hellish, he masturbated on the phone – he said it himself. Was he accused of something? No. He came out himself and made it worse, saying some excuses about male behavior, old man etc… He made it worse himself. Then, when he returned to the theater, he made it worse again because they said that the performances are sold out… The journalists see that they are not sold out and then it is the journalist’s fault that they are not sold out. The choice of the project, the show, the collaborators are to blame, the journalist is not to blame”, said Giorgos Liagas and concluded:
“But did we leave him alone? No. Him Philippides if he comes back will we leave him alone? No”.
