The Greek coach signed a 2+1 year contract with his total financial earnings amounting to 2.5 million euros, figures that now make him one of the highest paid in the EuroLeague.
Until the end of the current season, ‘Kill-Bill’ will receive €500,000 and one million in each of the next two seasons, with the latter being an option.
As for the debut of Vassilis Spanoulis on the “Monegasque” bench, as everything shows, this will take place against Panathinaikos AKTOR at OAKA next Friday (11/29, 21:15) for the 12th matchday of the EuroLeague.
However, in order to do this, Monaco will have to initiate some necessary bureaucratic procedures by Wednesday afternoon (27/11, 18:00) in order to meet the relevant deadline and have the Greek technician at their disposal for Friday’s match with the “clover”.
