In addition, employees should know that it is not legal to set off a day of due rest (day off) with a mandatory holiday, and employees who are on leave are also entitled to the salary of October 28, but this day is not counted as working days. of their license.
In the event that more favorable conditions apply (e.g. from a Collective Labor Agreement (CBA), work regulation, business custom or custom) regarding the pay increments for work on a mandatory holiday or Sunday, these prevail.
