He denies the charges – What forensic tests showed on his three alleged victims
A shocking case of sexual exploitation of three minor immigrants with health problems, as well as mental retardation, who were accommodated in the Open Structure for the Temporary Reception of Applicants for International Protection (formerly PIKPA) of Leros will occupy the Mixed Jury Court of Rhodes on January 8, 2024.

He further stated that the accused committed gross misconduct with him on November 2, 2020.
The minor, in addition to his mother, also reported the same incidents, apart from the act of indiscipline, to the K.Y.T.’s administrator, who immediately fired him. Subsequently, a forensic examination of the family’s seven children was ordered and findings of abuse were found in three of them. Another child examined showed signs of abuse. The same image was presented by a minor, who, despite hearing and speech problems, and while appearing sociable and happy, upon seeing the photograph or mentioning the accused’s name, changed his behavior drastically.
In particular, being examined in sign language before the investigator Kos, he nodded affirmatively, when asked if the defendant took off his clothes and beat him and showed with his fingers, that the above incident took place three times. Further, when the minor was asked if the accused had sexually abused him, he turned pale and at the same time nodded in the affirmative, while then he tried to hide behind the court bench.
The accused, apologizing, denied the accusations and stated that since the beginning of 2020 he had been working as a cleaner in the migrant accommodation structure at PIKPA Leros, which has a small area and would be noticed. The judicial council of Kos, which examined the case, ruled that the acts of the accused took place at night, in a spot in the courtyard at the rear of the building, where there is a canopy and a curtain wall that delimits the building and is not guarded by security personnel.
As regards his claim, that the complaint against him is a product of malice, revenge and obtaining money, in order to achieve their relocation of the parents of the minors, it was deemed untrue, because the fact first reported another resident of the structure and not the parents of the victims. In addition, it was judged that all three minors, medically examined, presented signs of piercing in the anus, two of them subsequently described precisely the actions that the accused had committed against them and the other witnesses identified the place and approximate time they received the actions of the accused took place, namely almost daily and night hours in the courtyard.
