They reached 74.75 billion euros by recording an increase of 3.97 billion euros in the last quarter of the year only
At € 74.75 billion, the value of “red” loans managed by Serivcers and related companies at the end of 2024 reached an increase of EUR 3,970 billion compared to the third quarter of the same year.
According to Bank of Greece data, the nominal value of business loans was increased to € 25,516 billion at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024, from € 23,156 million at the end of the previous quarter. More specifically, the nominal value of loans to non -financial enterprises (MSE) increased by EUR 2,361 billion and stood at € 25,478 billion at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024. From management to the MSE, € 10,683 billion relates to loans to small and medium -sized companies.
The nominal value of loans to loans to other financial institutions decreased by EUR 1 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024 and stood at EUR 38 million.
The nominal value of loans to freelancers, farmers and individual businesses increased by EUR 692 million over the previous quarter and stood at € 10,102 billion at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024.
The nominal value of loans to private and private non -profit institutions increased by EUR 918 million over the previous quarter and stood at € 39,132 billion at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024.
More specifically, consumer loans increased by € 290 million and stood at € 16,050 billion. Managed mortgages increased by € 604 million and stood at € 22,769 billion.
