Oscar -winning Jessica Chastine (Jessica Chastain) is getting ready for a dynamic return to horror films, according to Deadline exclusive information. The talented actress will star in the upcoming film by British director Rob Savage. The production will be produced by James Wan’s Atomic Monster and Blumhouse Productions by Jason Blum, in collaboration with Spin A Black Yarn on behalf of Universal Pictures.

Although the details of the plot remain at the moment, a sealed secret, Malerman’s homonymous novel focuses on a creepy horror story as a young girl tells her. Her family is targeted by a dark entity that the little one calls “another mom”.
Michael Clear, Judson Scott and Ryan Lewis is among executive producers while Alayna Glastal oversees the film on behalf of Atomic Monster, referred to the RES.
It is worth noting that the star, though widely recognized for her performances in films such as “Zero Dark Thirty” who gave her an Oscar nomination and “The Eyes of Tammy Faye”, for which she received the golden statue, is not unknown in this cinematic genre.
In 2013, she starred in the horror movie “Mama” directed by Andy Muschietti while in 2019 they met again for “It: Chapter Two”.
