Every man has the right to be tested wherever he wants. Art must be open, otherwise Pasolini, let’s say, wouldn’t make films.
I was one of the first to speak out against the distinction between commercial and quality theater, but lately I’ve started to reconsider. TV actors are forced to act at such speeds that it is not good to get the effect it should. This is also the reason why I haven’t done daily. It all seems cheap to me,” he admits at another point.
I said no to a role in Happy Together precisely because I sensed that it would be a big hit and I knew that after that I would be that role for the world, I wanted to be able to transform and try other things as well.”
At the same time, Konstantinos Aspiotis admitted that he is not the kind of person that people will happily approach him on the street to talk to him.
