Memos Begnis spoke – among other things – about the offer he had to present a show on TV and he refused, and about the relationship he has with his mother on the show “Eleni”.
Referring to his age, the actor emphasized that he never went through a crisis, neither at 30, nor at 40 and he hopes not even at 50 next year. Regarding the proposal that was made to him to present a show, he said: “When the topic of presenting was raised, I didn’t like that I wouldn’t have a say in the content of the show. What Eugenia Samara presents is something that suits her very well and is something that I could present as well.”
Memos Begnis points out that he would argue with his mother if she told him “when will I become a grandmother”. “You do it to your child, so that he can spread his wings”, he emphasized and referring to today’s society, he said that “we have become zombies with mobile phones, just like me, but when I realize it, I stop it”. He also points out about the new kids who appear on TV, how they quickly become successful and how quickly they disappear and all this affects their psychology, and finally he declares that he is in love with Mimi Denisi.

TV is a meat grinder, we are expendable and immediately move on to the next one. I’m not criticizing those who do psychotherapy, I just think it’s become fashionable. We have become sensitive with the slightest thing,” he said characteristically of the young actors.
