The TV show producer responded via his personal Instagram account to the presenter’s report on his company’s finances
The producer and presenter gave a direct answer to George Liagas, after the presenter’s report on the ANT1 morning show about financial difficulties and debts to partners and employees at Nikos Kokloni’s Barking Well, with a story that he uploaded to his personal Instagram account.
“Good evening and happy birthday to everyone! We are passing the last hours of 2024. This year we had our good, we had our bad. Nevertheless, I want to say a big thank you to the Barking Well family, which is growing and will grow even more” initially noted Nikos Koklonis, to add: “We have had our ups and downs, but here we are, firmly, one of the largest production companies . As for the shows that say and deal only with us… I don’t mean ours, which we love and they love us, I mean the opposite. Suddenly we put accountants in…”. “To move or not to move? Well, happy holidays” concluded Nikos Koklonis.
Earlier, Giorgos Liagas had referred to Nikos Koklonis on the show “To Proinono”, saying: “Because Nikos Koklonis owes money to several people. I don’t know about the small amounts he owes to employees. These are the most important and I do not disparage them. Larger sums owed to stars who have worked with Barking Well. I want to say with the full responsibility of what I said, that none of the big names who collaborated with him and owes them money, are not going to take legal action and claim the money from Nikos Koklonis, considering that now that things are not going well financially and stammers Barking Well, they should support him and not put the knife into his wounded body and ask him for money.’
“I don’t know if they could prove that he owes them or not. Be that as it may, I’m learning that none of the big names that Aliswerisi has… Some may have been pissed off and relationships broken, but they won’t be claiming money. This is what my own report says, which usually doesn’t get out,” Giorgos Liagas added, to conclude: “There are people who have also eaten sponge cake from Nikos Koklonis. The truth is, he gave much more money than what the channels give. I say so, as I haven’t received even 1 euro”.
