OPEKEPE: 238 million were paid euros of Equalization Compensation to 394,738 beneficiaries
The accounts of 394,738 beneficiaries were credited with a total of 238,683,791.63 euros, which relate to the payment of the Equalization compensation, as announced by the It burned.
The total amount of inclusion based on the applications/requests of the beneficiaries amounted to 264,841,610.52 euros.
However, as the Payments Agency states in its announcement, after:
– the application of the eligibility criteria for inclusion,
– the Decision to Include Actions in Intervention P3-71,
– the posting of the table of approved producers based on the first ranking,
– carrying out all the checks provided for by national and EU law (eg monitoring, active farmer, etc.),
– the application of the reductions-sanctions, which are referred to both in the applicable S.S. CAP, and in the relevant ministerial decision and
– the systemic recovery of multi-year penalties, the final payment amount before offsets per Action, is as follows:
* For Action P3-71.1 a total of 246,972 beneficiaries were paid 171,796,497.12 euros.
* For Action P3-71.2, 57,309,015.27 euros were paid to 125,152 beneficiaries.
* For Action P3-71.3, 22,614 beneficiaries received 9,578,279.24 euros.
In addition, as OPEKEPE points out, the payment recovered unduly paid amounts from earlier years, which resulted exclusively from previous payments of the “equalization aid” and not from other measures, with the relevant records of the payments having already been sent to the bank and the credit of the accounts of the beneficiaries is completed.
Regarding the young beneficiaries born in the year 2006, they will be included as final beneficiaries in the second classification of beneficiaries, so that all of them have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity on the day of the issuance of the inclusion decision their.
For the cases concerning livestock farmers, involved in the transfer of pasture rights (transferors-recipients), who were not included in the current payment due to non-allocation of pasture lands, OPEKEPE is in the process of additional pasture allocation, so that within a few weeks the payment will be completed of their total aid.
Finally, it is noted that the interested beneficiaries have the right to submit an appeal against the results of the payment for a period of 10 working days, starting from a date that will be announced in the near future.
