For whom it goes until January 31st
In order to facilitate the Payment Providers (Acquirers) and the Providers of Means of Payment (NSPs), but also in general the companies involved in harmonizing the operation of the POS models with their interconnection requirements with the AADEa short postponement of the deadline for the completion of the relevant procedures is foreseen for the cases, for which a relevant need was found through the cooperation of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and AADE with the involved bodies.
In particular, by decision of the Governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis, a short postponement of the deadline from 8/1/2024 to 31/01/2024 is foreseen for:
1. Domestic or foreign Providers, for their compliance with the obligations deriving from the provisions of A.1155/2023 decision of the Governor of AADE (articles 4 and 6 of A.1156/2023).
2. Foreign Providers, for their compliance with the requirements for the implementation of the communication protocol between Cash System and Payment Instrument (POS), as described in the annex of the decision of the Governor of AADE under items A.1098/2022 (articles 5 and 7 of A.1156/2023).
