Indicative the average price per square meter was in Kifissia 4,478 euros, in Marousi 4,215 euros, in Nea Erythrea 4,241 euros, in Ekali 3,028 euros, in Paleo Psychiko 5,480 euros, in Neo Psychiko 3,898 euros and in Filothei 5,460 euros. The lowest price was in Ag. Stefano with 1,679 euros per sq.m. and the most expensive was in P. Psychiko with 5,480 euros per sq.m. The areas with the lowest prices in the Northern Suburbs are Ag. Stefanos, Kryoneri, Dionysos and Stamata, while the most expensive were P. Psychiko, Filothei, followed by N. Psychic.
