At the forefront of “green” technologies in Greece
The company REDEXits manufacturing arm Kopelousou Groupreceived major honors at this year’s Environmental Awards 2024, winning a total of three awards for projects that promote sustainable energy management and environmental protection.
With one gold and two bronze distinctions, REDEX proved once again that it is in the front line of “green” technologies in Greece. The awards he received cover a wide range of projects involving the installation of photovoltaic systems in large-scale industrial and commercial facilities, highlighting the importance of energy autonomy and reducing the energy footprint.
REDEX’s most impressive project, which was awarded the Gold Award in the Sustainable Manufacture category, concerns the installation of a 3MWp photovoltaic plant at the Waste Treatment Plant in Kozani.
With the bronze distinction in the Energy Conservation category, REDEX stood out for the installation project of a pioneering 276 kWp power plant at the BOSCH Hellas facilities in Koropi.
In the Environmental Leadership category, REDEX also received a bronze award for the energy upgrade project of the PLASTICS GREECE industry in Aspropyrgos.
REDEX incorporates a strategy of sustainable development in its actions, choosing projects that significantly contribute to environmental protection and energy saving. These awards are not simply a recognition of the company’s achievements, but demonstrate a trend towards large-scale “green” projects, with positive effects on both energy efficiency and the economy.
