With A budget of EUR 50 million, the program covers up to 60% of renovation costs, with a maximum subsidy limit of EUR 8,000 and a maximum of € 13,500. OR This new version of the program is more attractive, as the subsidy rate increased from 40% to 60%, and the expenditure ceiling rose from 10,000 euros to 13,500 euros.
Beneficiaries are the owners of vacant real estate up to 100 sq.m. who wish to renovate them and make it for rent. A key prerequisite is the property that has not been declared a main residence or has been leased for the last three years and appears as a gap in the E2 form of the last three tax years.
Upon completion of the renovation work, which must be carried out within six months, the owners are required to enter into a lease of at least three years.
