The competent departments of the Fund continue to process applications submitted from 21/02/2025 and later
On Thursday, February 27, 2025, the seventh of the consecutive payments of EUR 1,651,125.47, which relates to the return of unnecessary subsidiary insurance and welfare contributions for the years 2019 and 2020 to thousands of professionals, according to E-EFA.
Specifically, it concerns lawyers with a paid order of the private sector and the NPIs and employed engineers and healthcare of the private and public sector with a private employment relationship (IDAH & IDOH), debtors or non-E-EFKA, who submitted an application, through the corresponding electronic service.
It is noted that, following the 63/2024 opinion of the State Legal Council, this procedure for the refund of the unnecessary contributions shall be processed without the search for a certificate of tax information of the beneficiary.
The debtors of the E-EFKA shall be attributed to the amount, after offsetting their total debt (regulated or not) with the initially calculated reimbursement of the amount of disqualified contributions (Article 104, par. 1 of Law 4387/2016-FEK 85 A ‘ D.15/D ‘/90598/11.11.2021 YA-FEK 5404 B’).
In this seventh payment, the highest refunded amount, which will be credited to the bank accounts of 663 beneficiaries, amounts to EUR 11,024.99. The competent services of the E-EFKA continue to process the applications submitted from 21/02/2025 and thereafter, in order for the right to be rendered in the same procedure in the next payment.
Finally, it is announced that the “Electronic Insurance Amendment Service for paid lawyers, employed engineers and health” https://www.efka.gov.gr/en/elektronikes-yperesies/elektronike-yperesia-topopoieses -es -asphalises-gia-emmisthoys-dikegoroys-misthotoys-mechanikoys and 31/10/2025 (deadline).
