How is Mr. Daskalakis out walking around while the child is in hospital… She is concerned if he wears a wedding ring and declares himself married on Facebook… She has put her child in a position to apologize for asking to see her dad. She tapes the child and boldly tells the child that he is putting her in a difficult position…
And we wonder why the child was in this state, she was flying at night and they called her a child psychologist?

What would we say next if something were to happen to the child? The mother went to get the things from the house, the father is outside because the child does not want him and the aunt is inside?”
In a strong tone, he responded to the defense’s claim that CPR should not have been continued by the intensivist as there was a risk that the child would become a paraplegic, referring to “mud” against him.
“Woe to our society if we ask doctors to stop resuscitation because they will not be perfect people! Who’s to judge that?! Who is to judge if people with disabilities are not perfect people? And the defendant said she wanted her child back and she didn’t care. How do we judge and throw mud at this man? How can this be called? I congratulate Mr. Hasapopoulos!” he underlined and added: “It is fortunate that little Georgina is back. Mr. Hasapopoulos proved that he was a doctor and a person with A capital”.
The prosecutor expressed the position that the doctors did not delay in intervening, but the Rula Pispirigou to notify that the child is in trouble.

No one heard her! Doctors said nasal oxygen was missing from the child’s nose. She said she may have been moved by the jolt. Before leaving the room does she turn to her child to see if he has oxygen? No, it doesn’t come back. He goes to the doctors office and the kid is alone. He didn’t have his mom to hug him, rock him, anything! He told us I don’t do medical procedures, but he didn’t scream, he didn’t do anything!”
The prosecutor then read messages that the couple had exchanged focusing on that of Manos Daskalakis who said “every time we separate we will have a loss?”. “What does Mr. Daskalakis mean? I shuddered when I read it! No one has engaged with this message! Why didn’t he get him to curse him?’he said.
