Six trade unions have announced a strike from 10:00 tonight until the end of the shift
STA.SY appealed to the Court of Justice against six unions of the company’s employees, after the sudden announcement of a work stoppage for this Tuesday from 10:00 in the evening until the end of traffic.
It is recalled that shortly after 12:00 noon today the workers in Fixed Transportation (Metro Lines 1, 2 & 3 and Tram) decided to suddenly go on strike. In their joint statement, STASY Unions emphasize:
” Because there are articles in the collective labor agreement that are not implemented.
– Because the KYA that Law 5039/23 provides for have not been issued
-Because of the complaints we make about the above, we receive indifference at the Ministry of Transport.
The workers in the means of Fixed Trajectory will carry out a 3-hour warning Work Stop, from 22:00 until the end of the shift”.
