At 8.6 million euros the price
The company with the name “Sani Sole Proprietorship Development and Tourism Company” was declared by the TAIPED as a bidder in the tender for the utilization of the Property in the area of Sani, Municipality of Kassandra, Regional Unit of Halkidiki, for a total price of 8.6 million euros.
The Property means the plot of land with a total area of 276,492.70 sq.m., which is the independent, southern part of the area with a total area of 915,099.72 sq.m. It is located at the location “Metochi Stavronikita”, in the Sani area, outside the boundaries of the Municipal Unit of the Municipality of Kassandra of the Regional Unit Halkidiki of the Region of Central Macedonia, an area that constitutes the “Kassandra Agricultural Penitentiary Farm”.
The tender process for the utilization of the Property was carried out in one phase and the financial consideration will be paid once. The tender file will be submitted to the Auditing Conference for pre-contractual review.
