The General Price Index closed at 1,456.52 points, marking a marginal increase of 0.05%.
Intra-sessionally it recorded a higher price at 1,460.74 units (+0.34%) and a lower price at 1,452.18 units (-0.25%).
The value of transactions amounted to 122.09 million. euros, while 36,547,097 shares were traded.
The large-cap index rose 0.19%, while the mid-cap index rose marginally to 0.06%.
Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of Piraeus (+1.60%), PPC (+0.94%), Alpha Bank (+0.74%) and Eurobank (+0. 72%).
On the contrary, the biggest fall was recorded by the shares of Motor Oil (-2.33%), ELPE (-1.43%), AIA (-1.34%), Aegean (-1.28%), of Lamda (-1.11%) and Saranti (-1.11%).
Eurobank and Alpha Bank presented the largest volume of transactions, trading 10,507,291 and 6,595,642 shares, respectively.
The highest transaction value was recorded by Eurobank with 23.51 million. euros and Piraeus with 16.99 million. euro.
50 stocks advanced, 42 declined and 31 remained stable.
The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Iktinos +6.97% and Attica Bank +5.23%.
The largest decline was registered by the shares: Progressive -8.14% and Nafpaktos Spinning -3.56%.
