The turnover reached 208.82 million. euro
Mild upward trends prevailed in today’s session Stock Exchange, amid upward movement in European markets as well.
The General Price Index closed at 1,406.20 points, marking an increase of 0.33%.
Intra-sessionally it recorded a higher price at 1,410.67 units (+0.65%).
The turnover jumped above the level of 200 million. euros, due to the restructuring of portfolios after the revision of the MSCI indices.
The value of transactions amounted to 208.82 million. euros, while 41,589,627 shares were traded.
The large-cap index rose marginally to 0.04%, while the mid-cap index gained 1.72%.
Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of PPA (+3.85%), Ellaktor (+2.94%), Elvalhalcor (+2.56%), Aegean Airlines (+1, 88%) and GEK TERNA (+1.68%).
On the contrary, OPAP (-1.52%), Lamda Development (-1.38%) and Ethniki (-0.61%) shares recorded the biggest fall.
The largest volume of transactions was presented by Alpha Bank and Piraeus, trading 8,164,699 and 5,117,189 shares, respectively.
OTE recorded the highest transaction value with 34.78 million. euros and Piraeus with 18.47 million. euro.
60 stocks moved up, 33 fell and 19 remained stable.
The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Progressive +8.00% and Mermeren +7.80%.
The biggest drop was registered by the shares: Evrofarma -3.19% and CPI -3.09%.
