At 1,486.83 units the General Price Index
With gains of 0.40% or 5.85 points, the General Price Index closed today’s session at 1,486.83 points Stock Exchange Athens.
A total of 119 securities moved, of which 60 were up, 38 were down, while 21 closed unchanged compared to the level at which their price had been set during the previous session.
The transaction value amounted to 83,139,049.47 euros for 24,033,024 shares that changed hands.
Among the major stock indices, the FTSE heavyweight closed up 0.49%, the mid-cap FTSEM was the better performer, ending the session up 0.71% and the FTSE XA Market Index closed up 0.54 %. Finally, the ATHEX ESG Index ended the session with gains of 0.52%.
Of the individual securities, the highest percentage gains were noted by the CPI share with an increase of 14.7%, followed by the Trastor share with an increase of 9.82% and Lanakam with 8.33%.
At the opposite end was the share of MED with losses of -5.17%, followed by ALPHA REAL ESTATE SERVICES with losses of -4.88% and Clost. Nafpaktos with -4.83%, reported APE BEE.
The highest trading value was recorded by the share of Bank Piraeus with 11,887,420 euros, followed by Eurobank with 10,585,722 euros and Alpha Bank with 9,193,801 euros.
