Share prices closed with a slight increase in today’s stock market session, while the turnover moved at lower levels compared to the previous sessions.
The market closed higher for the fifth consecutive session, during which the main stock index recorded total gains of 3.32%.

It is the highest close since the session of July 27, 2023 (1,345.63 points);
Intra-session recorded a lower price at 1,337.77 units (-0.25%) and a higher price at 1,345.63 (+0.34%).
The value of the transactions amounted to 91.77 million euros, while 20,772,353 shares were traded.
The large-cap index rose 0.42%, while the mid-cap index fell 0.22%.
Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of PPA (+4.03%), Eurobank (+2.53%), Motor Oil (+2.07%), GEK TERNA (+2, 04%) and Jumbo (+1.78%).
On the contrary, the largest decline was recorded by the shares of ELPE (-2.71%), Elvalhalcor (-1.33%) and Lamda Development (-0.91%).
The ELPE share is traded without the right to the pre-dividend of 0.30 euros per share for the year 2023
Eurobank and Alpha Bank presented the largest volume of transactions, trading 4,152,656 and 2,963,526 shares, respectively.
The highest value of transactions was recorded by Nthniki with 13.10 million euros and Piraeus with 8.28 million euros.
49 stocks moved up, 56 down and 13 remained stable.
The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Akritas +12.15% and Nakas +8.97%.
