At 149.47 million turnover rose to euros
Share prices closed with a small increase in today’s session, although in most of the transactions they moved slightly downwards, with the market moving against the bearish climate of the European markets.
Of the high capitalization stocks, the focus of interest was, for the third consecutive session, the share of Alpha bank, as well as the securities of Viohalco, Piraeus and Titan.
Its General Price Index Stock Exchange closed at 1,430.91 points, up 0.18%.
Intra-session recorded a lower price at 1,422.02 units (-0.45%) and a higher price at 1,434.20 units (+0.41%)
The value of transactions amounted to 149.47 million. euros, while a total of 39,169,652 shares were traded.
The large-cap index rose 0.20%, while the mid-cap index gained 0.10%.
Of the large capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of Alpha Bank (+2.92%), Viohalco (+1.51%), Piraeus (+1.45%), Titan (+1, 36%) and the AIA (+1.27%).
On the contrary, the biggest fall was recorded by the shares of Autohellas (-1.98%), Lamda Development (-1.23%), Coca Cola HBC (-1.10%) and PPA (-1.00%) .
The largest volume of transactions was presented by Alpha Bank and Piraeus, trading 15,869,991 and 5,817,859 shares, respectively.
The highest transaction value was recorded by the National Bank with 32.50 million. euros and Alpha Bank with 25.43 million euro.
50 stocks moved up, 44 fell and 29 remained stable.
The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Frigoglass +10.00% and VIS +9.09%.
The biggest drop was registered by the shares: Mermeren -8.89% and Mouzakis(k) -5.80%.
