The popular actress about publications that made due for auction of her house
Theofania Papathoma burst out speaking on the show “Akoma Den Ides Tipota”, about reports that referred to an auction of her house.
According to the said publications, the popular actress seems to be a debtor in an auction process with the Agricultural Bank of Greece under special liquidation. The auction is scheduled for June 26, 2024, if by then the necessary actions have not been taken to prevent it, and concerns a horizontal property-maisonette on the 7th and 8th floor in an apartment building built in 1978.
The total area for both levels is 121.82 sq.m. and was acquired by Theofania Papathoma in 2005 through a contract of sale. The first offer price has been estimated at 348,000 euros. The show contacted Theofania Papathoma and she answered the following about the auction: “Please don’t interfere! The issue has been resolved. I will take legal action against the sites that published it and anyone else who continues this propaganda. Thanks”.
