Security investigations are ongoing into a burglary incident at a house in Kifissia where the brother of the former prime minister, Antonis Samaras, lives, which apparently took place last Saturday, during the family’s absence from home.
Unknown perpetrators broke a window from the back side of the house and after entering its interior, they removed jewelry and valuables with a value of 100,000 euros. In fact, the two brothers are also neighbors and in the case of the former prime minister there is a police presence.
An investigation is being conducted into the incident and video material is being sought, which may have recorded the movements of the perpetrators and could lead to their identification.
