Increased subsidy for the low period of the program
The programmatic agreement for the new cycle of the “Tourism for All” program with the implementing body of the Information Society M.A.E. project was signed today, December 30, by the Minister of Tourism, Olga Kefalogiannis.
“The program of the Ministry of Tourism aims to strengthen domestic tourism and regional development. This year we will have two raffles, so that we can further strengthen those beneficiaries who will choose the autumn or winter season for their holidays”, stressed Mrs. Kefalogiannis. In particular, to strengthen mountain and winter tourism, there will be an increased subsidy for the low season (start of program until 30/4 & from 1/10 to 31/12).
Potential beneficiaries who meet the conditions of the income criteria can choose when submitting the application which period they will use their card (low or high). At the same time, the increased subsidy continues for vulnerable population groups, i.e. pensioners, three and many children, single-parent families, people with disabilities and parents with disabled children, with amounts reaching 600 euros.
Through the program, the areas affected by natural disasters, as well as the mountainous destinations of the country, will be shown.
The budget of the new 3rd cycle amounts to approximately 18 million. euros, while it is planned to utilize the unused amounts of the B cycle, as they will be formed after 12/31/2024.
The purpose of the Program is to strengthen the demand of domestic tourism, through the subsidy to beneficiaries of accommodation services for the realization of holidays within the Territory.
Through the Program, following a relevant online application and selection by lottery, financial assistance is granted per period as follows:
HIGH PERIOD: 01.05.2025 to 30.09.2025
* An amount of 200 euros to natural persons who meet the defined conditions and will choose when submitting the online application the high period, i.e.: 01.05.2025 to 30.09.2025.
* Amount of 300 euros to natural persons:
– Unmarried or widowed with dependent children, based on the last cleared when submitting the 2023 Personal Income Tax Declaration application,
– Married or parties to a cohabitation agreement with three or more protected children, based on the last cleared when submitting the application for a joint or separate Personal Income Tax Return 2023.
– Retirees of all Funds with a final decision to grant an old-age pension until 31.12.2023, who meet the specified conditions.
* An amount of 400 euros, especially for Persons with disabilities, with a valid decision of a total disability rate of 67% or more at the time of submitting the application, as well as for beneficiaries with children Disabled people with a valid Decision of a total disability rate of 67% or more when submitting the application.
* In the case of a beneficiary who meets the conditions of more than one of the above categories, the application is classified in the category with the maximum subsidy amount.
* The above amounts concern exclusively the beneficiary and do not increase in case of dependent members.
LOW PERIOD:
From the effective date of the immaterial digital debit cards of the program until 30.04.2025 and from 01.10.2025 until 31.12.2025
* An amount of 300 euros to natural persons who meet the defined conditions and will choose the low period when submitting the application.
* Amount of 400 euros to natural persons:
– Unmarried or widowed with dependent children, based on the last cleared when submitting the 2023 Personal Income Tax Declaration application,
– Married or parties to a cohabitation agreement with three or more protected children, based on the last cleared when submitting the application for a joint or separate Personal Income Tax Return 2023.
– Retirees of all Funds with a final decision to grant an old-age pension until 31.12.2023, who meet the specified conditions.

POTENTIAL BENEFICIARIES OF THE PROGRAM
1. Potential Beneficiaries of the “Tourism for All 2025” Program are adult natural persons, who are tax residents of Greece and fall within the income criteria herein (annual individual/family income).
2. For the third (C) cycle of the Program, i.e. for the “Tourism for All 2025” Program, Potential Beneficiaries are those who have submitted a final Personal Income Tax Return by the deadline for timely submission of returns for the tax year 2023, which has been cleared by the application deadline, and their annual family income falls within income criteria defined in the table below.
