The conditions for participation in the program – Who is excluded
The deadline for submitting applications for the “Tourism for All 2025” program, which will be reinforced this year, expires, with beneficiaries’ vouchers to reach up to 600 euros.
Interested parties should submit their application by Monday at 23:59:59 or on the website of the Ministry of Tourism (www.mintour.gov.gr), the website of the Implementing Body (www.ktpae.gr) or on the site of the program vouchers.gov.gr/tourism4all-2025, using their codes. Taxisnet.
The requirements for submitting the application are as follows:
– Has a Natural Income Tax Declaration have been submitted for tax year 2023
– The annual family income to fall under the income criteria set out in the table referred to in Article 2 (2) of the relevant JMD
– Registration in the National Communication Register (EMP)
In detail the amounts of vouchers
With the “Tourism for All 2025” program, beneficiaries can issue an intangible digital debit card, which they can use to accommodate any hotel or accommodation in the country.
The “Tourism for All 2025” is the upgraded digital version of the “Tourism for All 2024” program, as an increased amount of aid is provided for the use of the program of the program during the low tourist demand period (from the date of issue of the card to 30-04-2025 and from 01-10-2025 to 31-125).

- amount of 400 € during the high tourist demand period (1-5-2025 to 30-9-2025) or 600 € during the low tourist demand period (from the date of issue of the card 30-04-2025 and from 01-10-2025 to 31-12-2025) for people with disabilities from 67% and above and beneficiaries with 67% of Decision on the date of submission of the application.
What does the digital card offer
In addition, the Digital Card of Tourism for all 2025 offers:
– Important payment and redemption of the amount of the digital debit card to each residence provider (hotels, accommodation, etc.) and in every destination in the country, without geographical restrictions,
– Immediate compensation of providers, which puts an end to waiting and time -consuming bureaucratic procedures,
– Consumption of the lump sum or partial up to 31.12.2025, to support the choice of holidays outside the high tourist season.
To whom is it addressed
Potential beneficiaries of the “Tourism for All 2025” program are adult natural persons, who are tax residents of Greece, have submitted a definitive statement of income taxation of natural persons until the deadline for the deadline for taxation of 2023, which has been cleared until the final date Table Income Criteria.

They are not considered beneficiaries of the “Tourism for All 2025” program:
– The beneficiaries selected in the framework of the 2024-2025 social tourism program of 2024-2025, regardless of whether or not they used the benefit and not
-The first and second cycle of the project “Tourism for all for the years 2022-2025”, namely the programs “Tourism for All 2022-2023” and “Tourism for All 2024”, regardless of whether or not they used the benefit.
