The animal pierced the unfortunate man with its horn, who died instantly
A 39-year-old man died tragically from the horns of a bull in Mykonos.
According to the victim’s uncle, who spoke to ALPHA, the 39-year-old while driving his motorcycle found himself in the middle of a herd of cattle crossing the road and at that moment he was hit by the bull, whose horn hit the unfortunate man on belly. His death was instantaneous.
The authorities are trying to shed light on the case, while at the same time the family of the unfortunate man is shocked and asks that the responsibility be attributed to the owner of the animals. The fatal incident occurred shortly after 12:00 in the morning on Sunday, November 26, on the Chora – Ano Meras provincial road.
The Mykonos Police Sub-Directorate has filed a case file and is conducting an investigation into both the circumstances of the accident and the owner of the fatal cattle, who, according to relatives of the victim, often lets his animals roam the country road, as he does not have a stable.
