The trial of the 26 defendants in the case of pimping and rape of the 12-year-old girl from Colonos continued today at the Court of Appeal and behind closed doors.
According to information cited by MEGA, the alleged main defendant, Ilias Michos, denied that he raped and raped the minor, but admitted that he had met with her, essentially following the defensive tactics he has drawn up since the main interrogation stage.
For her part, the girl’s mother denied that she has committed what is attributed to her, in relation to the abuse suffered by her daughter, who, like the whole family, have been by her side since the first moment of her arrest.
In addition, a request was made by the defense attorneys to submit additional questions to the minor. If the request is accepted, the examination will not be conducted in person, but the questions will be formulated in writing and answered in the presence of a psychologist.
The 12-year-old’s aunt, who was the first to realize that something strange was happening to her niece, testified in court and contributed substantially to the disclosure of the case. The process will continue on Friday with the testimony of the 12-year-old’s father.
