The introduction of the Stock Excellence Alter ego media of Evangelou Marinakis approved the Athens Stock Exchange.
In particular, the Athens Stock Exchangeafter yesterday’s meeting of the Committee of Imports and Operation of purchases, found that all admission conditions were metin accordance with Art. 2 par. 4 Law 3371/2005, regarding the introduction of ALTER EGO Media SA in the main market of the Athens Stock Exchange, provided that there is sufficient free dissemination of the company’s shares, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the ATHEX Regulation. .
