“Otherwise it’s to be dumb with Maggie Drew and otherwise your social commentary is dumb”
Talk about his new show opened up again Nikos Mousinas to Alpha. Vangelis Perris was scathing in his criticism on the “To Proinono” show, as he called Moutsina’s presentation lazy, which he mentioned in his social commentary, but also in his interviews.
“To get back to Mousinas and to call it quits, I think it’s the laziest show currently on Greek television. There’s no work at all, I don’t know if it’s more casualness in commenting or laziness, I hope it’s the latter,” initially said Vangelis Perris.
Vangelis Perris added: “There can’t be so many events, to be a social commentator and all you do is be dumb. It’s one thing to be dumb when you see a clip with Maggie Drew, and another thing is to have established yourself as a social commentator and have your social commentary be flippant or dumb. It’s not possible!”.
In closing, Vangelis Perris said: “I also can’t listen to the excuse that “you all know that I don’t do good interviews”. Seriously now? You have a show that comes out twice a week. You know that such and such a guest will come, and stop the mockery of surprise. It’s not possible that you haven’t sat down to prepare an interview.”
